Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and excellent service. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original contents, inserts, and accessories

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened Pokémon TCG products (booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, etc.)
  • Single trading cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products must remain sealed to qualify for a return.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving a damaged or defective product

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
